Chocolate lasagna - low carb

I made this for the low-carb crew for a going away party for Tiffany. The rest of the industry group is eating brownies and ice cream.


Ingredients:

Crust:

1 cup of almond flour

1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut

1/6 cup of cocoa

1/8 cup of sweetener (Trivia)

3 tbsp of butter

Whip Cream

4 ounces of cream cheese

8 ounces of whip cream

Pudding

Instant Pudding (no sugar) Jello

2 cups of half and half


Directions:

Mix crust ingredients together and spread in the bottom of 8 x 8 greased pan. Mix together whipped cream and cream cheese with hand mixer until blended. Spread layer on top of crust. Mix Pudding as directed on package using half and half in place of milk. Spread pudding layer on top of whipped cream mixture. Add more cool whip to cover and shave Ghirardelli intense dark 86% cocoa on top. Refrigerate over night.
